Our office for Vraj Kamal Developers Llp is situated in Borivali West, right inside the Nandlal Co-op Housing Society. We are in units 1 and 2 of Riddhi Palace, which is just off the main S V Road. If you know the area, we are quite close to Korakendra, so there is always a lot of activity and traffic nearby. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai, which keeps us on our toes. The office itself is pretty functional. We have a lot of old-fashioned paper files mixed with newer tech, and there’s usually a stack of site reports sitting on the corner of someone’s desk. Working in Borivali means we are right in the middle of everything, which helps when we need to meet with suppliers or check on local progress. We started this because we know the area well and wanted to be part of how it’s changing. It isn't always easy, and some days are just spent waiting for approvals or dealing with the heat, but we keep at it. We aren't looking to be the biggest name out there, just a reliable team that gets the job done from our little corner of the Riddhi Palace. We usually have the windows shut to keep the S V Road noise out, but you can still hear the city moving. It’s a real grassroots operation where we do the heavy lifting ourselves. We just take things as they come and focus on the buildings.
