Vmj Estates Private Limited

We are located up on the 11th floor of the Universal Majestic Building. Vmj Estates Private Limited has been based here in Chembur for a while now. If you're looking for us, we're right behind the RBK International School. The view from Level 11 is alright, mostly just rooftops and the usual Mumbai traffic down below. It gets busy around here when school lets out, but we've gotten used to the noise. Chembur is a good spot for us because it's central enough to get around the city. Our space in unit 1103 isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We aren't the type to put up big posters or use fancy words. We just show up every morning and deal with the paperwork and the calls. The building itself is pretty easy to spot from the main road. Sometimes the elevator takes a bit too long, especially during the lunch rush. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the work at hand. It’s a standard office setup in a busy part of Maharashtra. No one here is trying to be a big shot. We're just a group of people making a living in Mumbai. Sometimes it's stressful, sometimes it's quiet, but that's just how the business world goes. We've been in this building long enough that the security guards know us by name now. It feels like home in a way.
