You can find us in Bandra West at the New Monalisa building. We use shop number 1 and 11. We are right across from the Mount Mary steps on St. John Baptist Road. It’s a great spot because there are always people around, though it gets very crowded during the fair. We’ve been here for a long time. Our office is just a typical Bandra shop space. We handle all sorts of property things, from small flats to bigger commercial spots. We aren't a high-profile agency. We just have our names on the door and we do our work. It’s a lot of talking to neighbors and keeping an eye on what’s for sale or rent. The air here always smells a bit like the sea, which is nice. We spend a lot of time out of the office, walking to different buildings in the area. Bandra has so many narrow lanes, so we usually just walk or take a rickshaw. We don't have any polished presentations. We just show people the places and tell them the price. It’s straightforward work. We have a lot of old files in the back that we probably should clear out, but they’ve been there forever. We just keep the business running one day at a time, helping out whoever stops by the shop.
