Vivrut Developers Private Limited

We are located over in Chembur East, right at Khardeo Nagar on N G Road. Our office at Vivrut Developers Private Limited is tucked away behind Balaji Electric on the Chembur Govandi Road. It's a busy part of the city, and things can get pretty loud outside with all the traffic coming through Ghatla. We’ve been operating from this Dkn 02 spot for a while now. Most days just involve us sitting around the desks, looking over some plans and dealing with the usual paperwork that comes with being in the building trade. It’s not a fancy glass tower or anything like that, just a regular place where we get our work done. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the noise from the road makes it hard to hear over the phone, but that's just how it is in this neighborhood. We know the local shopkeepers and the folks who walk by every morning. It’s a tight space but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on how things are moving along. There isn't much to say about us other than we are a bunch of people trying to keep things organized and making sure the projects don't stall. If you’re ever near the Balaji Electric shop, you’ve probably walked right past our door without even realizing it. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily grind here in Mumbai.
