Vitamines Organic Nutrients Cafe Andrestaurants Private Limited

We are over at Peninsula Park, on Veera Desai Road in Andheri West. The full name on the paperwork is Vitamines Organic Nutrients Cafe Andrestaurants Private Limited. It’s a long name for a small place, really. We are in 603 Cabin A, Plot A-4, right near the Chitralekha building. Finding us can be a bit tricky the first time because of how the park is laid out. We spend most of our time figuring out the organic stuff and how to run a cafe without losing our minds. Running a restaurant isn't like what you see on TV. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure the nutrients side of things stays on track. The office part is just a cabin, so space is tight. We started this because we wanted to do something with food and health. It’s been a learning curve. Some mornings we are here way before the sun is up. Andheri West is always loud, so there is never a quiet moment outside the window. We just keep our heads down and work. The cafe part takes up most of our energy. We handle everything ourselves. It’s not always pretty, and things go wrong sometimes, but we just fix them and move on. It’s just a local spot trying to make it work. We hope the location makes it easy for people nearby to find us. It’s been a long journey so far, but we are sticking with it.
