Vishwakala Bharti Association

Vishwakala Bharti Association is situated in Kolove Village, which is part of Kalina in Santacruz East. We are in House Number 119, right on the ground floor in Room Number 1. This area of Mumbai is a bit like a hidden pocket. It’s not all tall buildings and shiny glass; it’s more like an old-school village tucked inside the city. Being on the ground floor means we see everyone walking by. Kids playing in the lane, people going to work, and the local vendors. Our room is quite small, so we have to stay organized. There are a couple of old desks and some chairs that we use when people come to visit. It’s a bit cramped when more than three people are inside, but we make it work. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s not a priority right now. We spend a lot of our time out in the community anyway. Kalina is a lively place, and being in Santacruz East means we’re close to everything, but our little corner is relatively quiet. We’ve been in this room for a long time now, and we know everyone who lives in House Number 119 and the surrounding area. It’s a simple place for a simple association. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. If the door is open, you just walk in and say hello to us.
