You can find us right across from the railway station in Borivali West. We are on the first floor of the Goragandhi building, specifically in the E2 section. It is a very busy spot with the trains coming in and out and people constantly rushing by. Being in a CHSL like this means we see a lot of our neighbors every day. We focus on spaces, whether that means looking at properties or thinking about how rooms should be laid out. The office isn't very big, but it serves its purpose for our small team. We usually have the windows open so we can hear the noise from the station, which keeps us feeling connected to the city. Borivali is a crowded place, but we like it here. There's always something happening right outside our door. We spend a lot of our time talking to people about their homes or offices and what they need from them. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we know. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and looking at maps of the local area. We don't go in for big marketing or flashy signs. People usually find us because they’re already in the neighborhood or they’ve heard about us from someone else. It’s a simple setup where we just try to be honest about what can be done with a space. We've been in this building for a while now and know the area well.
