Villa Capri Estates Llp

We are located in Santacruz West. Our office is on the first floor of the Raheja building. It’s right at the corner of Main Avenue and V P Road. It’s a very busy intersection, so there is always a lot to see from the windows. We’ve been at this spot in Mumbai for some time. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few desks and a place to keep our documents. Being in Santacruz is nice because there are a lot of local shops around. We usually go out for a quick bite at the corner stall. The office isn't very large, but it serves us well. We deal with estates, so we have a lot of maps and papers lying around. It can get a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We don't have any corporate slogans or big missions written on the walls. We just come in, answer the phones, and try to help people with what they need. The Mumbai heat can be tough, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving. Some days are busier than others, especially when there’s a lot of movement in the market. We just take it one day at a time. It’s a local business run by local people who know this neighborhood well. That’s just the way it is for us at the corner of Main Avenue. We finish up our work and head home like everyone else.
