Vijan Ventures Llp is located in the Juhu area. We are based in the Juhu Griha Swapna building, specifically in office B 703. Our street is Cross Road No.4, which is part of the JVPD Scheme. Juhu is a busy part of town, but our building is tucked away in a spot that’s a bit more manageable. We’ve been working out of this office for a while now. It’s a comfortable space where we handle all our venture projects. Being in the JVPD Scheme means we are surrounded by a lot of other businesses and residential spots. It’s a good location for what we do. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people who know the local area well and work together on different property ventures. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and maps everywhere, but that’s just how we work. We don't go for the polished corporate look. We prefer to spend our time on the actual work rather than making things look pretty for visitors. People usually come to us because they know we are local and we understand the Juhu market. We don't use any high-pressure tactics or fancy talk. It’s just about getting the job done right. If you’re ever around Cross Road No.4, that’s where you’ll find our team most days of the week. Sometimes we are out at meetings, but someone is usually in the office to answer the phone.
