Vida Impex Private Limited

Vida Impex Private Limited is based out of flat 403 in the New Homes complex, Plot 23C. We are located in Sector 7 of Panvel, over in the Raigarh district. It’s a residential area, so it feels a bit different than being in a commercial hub. We use the space under C/O Aum Sai to keep things organized. Panvel has grown so much lately, and being here in Maharashtra 410210 puts us in a good spot for logistics. The office is basically a converted flat, so it has that lived-in feel. We have our computers set up where a dining table might usually go. Most of our day is spent tracking shipments and making sure the Impex side of things is moving smoothly. It’s quiet enough for us to focus, though you can hear the kids playing downstairs in the evenings. We handle a lot of emails and phone calls. There isn't a fancy receptionist or a lobby with magazines. It’s just a group of us working through the daily grind of import-export regulations and paperwork. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, so we just take a break and wait for it to come back. It’s a very grounded way to run a company. We like the local vibe of Panvel, and it feels more like a community than a cold business district. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and make sure everything is sorted out correctly.
