Vibe Realty Private Limited is located over in Vile Parle East. Our office is A 701 in The Jai Vijay Society. You have to come down Parsiwada to get to us, and we are right near the Western Express Highway and Andheri Sahar Road. Being on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area, which is nice when things get busy. It is a pretty central spot for anyone moving around this part of Mumbai. We mostly deal with property matters in and around the Vile Parle and Andheri belt. The building is usually full of activity because of where it sits. We have our desks set up and we spend most of the day on the phone or checking through documents. Real estate in this area moves quite fast, so there is always a new flat or a commercial space to look at. We are just a regular team working out of a society building. It’s not some big glass tower office, just a practical space where we can focus. Usually, we are out and about showing people around different sites, so the office is sometimes quiet during the afternoons. If you know the Andheri Sahar Road area, you know how busy it gets with all the airport traffic and people commuting. We are right in the middle of all that. It’s a good place for us to be.
