We are located up on the 12th floor of Eastern Heights, which is in the Tata Colony area on Navghar Road in Mulund East. Being that high up gives us a pretty good view of the neighborhood, though we spend most of our time looking at our computer screens and property files. The office is number 1204. It's a modern enough building, but our actual workspace is very simple and functional. We work in the realty sector, so we are always talking to people about buying or selling places around Mulund. It’s a quiet part of the city compared to some others, which we appreciate. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a small group of us who know the local market well. We handle the usual stuff like paperwork, legal checks, and showing people around. We don't use any slick sales pitches or corporate jargon. We just tell people what we know about the buildings and the area. Sometimes the elevator takes a while, but that's the only real downside of being on the 12th floor. Navghar Road is easy to get to, so we have people dropping in fairly often. We like being in Mulund East because it feels like a real community. We’ve been here for a bit now and have settled into a good routine. It’s just a normal office where we do our best to help people find what they’re looking for.
