We are located in the Snehdeep building, room 702, over in Goregaon East. We are on Road No. 2, right near the Pahadi School. You can hear the kids during their break times, which is a nice change from the usual city noise. Our office is just a regular room on the seventh floor. We’ve been doing property work here for a while. It’s a lot of sitting at the desk, looking through listings, and making calls. Goregaon is a fast-growing area, so there is always something new happening. We try to keep track of it all, but it’s a lot for a small team like ours. We don't have any fancy signs or a big reception area. People just come in, we offer them a seat, and we talk about what they need. Most of our work is just the day-to-day management of properties and helping folks find a place to live. It’s a lot of paperwork and sometimes the bureaucracy gets frustrating, but we just deal with it. We don't use big words or try to sound like we’re part of a massive firm. We are just local people working in the local property market. Some days are slow and we just catch up on our filing. Other days are a total rush. We just take it as it comes.
