You can find us at Mahesh Niwas in Chembur. We are in shop number 10, right on S T Road in Swastik Park. The building is one of those classic society structures you see around here. We’ve been working out of this office for a while, dealing with realty stuff. It’s a decent spot. We have a lot of regular people from the society who stop by just to chat or ask about property prices in the area. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s just a regular office with a couple of computers and a lot of paper files. Chembur is a nice place to work, even if the traffic on S T Road gets a bit much during the rush hour. We spend our mornings mostly on the phone and our afternoons are for visiting houses or plots. It’s a lot of walking, and sometimes we get stuck in the rain. We just do the basic work of helping people buy or sell their places. We don't make any big claims. We just give people the info they need and let them make their own choices. The team is small, and we all know each other well. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork, but we try to get home on time. It’s just a normal job in a normal neighborhood. We like the local feel of it.
