Vedik Builders Llp

Up on the second floor of Shah Arcade, you’ll find our small office for Vedik Builders Llp. We are right on Rani Sati Marg in Malad East, which most people know is usually packed with traffic and people rushing around. It can be a bit noisy outside our window, but we have gotten used to the sound of the city over the years. We spend our days looking over plans and making sure our guys at the different sites have what they need. Building stuff in Mumbai is never easy because space is so tight and everything has to be timed just right. We have had our share of headaches with logistics and getting trucks through these narrow streets, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to pretend we are bigger than we are. It’s just a few of us here making sure the projects stay on track. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just put up structures and hope they serve the people who use them. Some days are longer than others, especially when we are trying to wrap up a specific phase of a build. We grab tea from the stall downstairs and keep at it. Malad is a busy place, and being right in the middle of it keeps us on our toes. We just focus on the practical side of construction and leave the rest to others.
