Our shop is in the Hanuman Nagar area of Kandivali East. We are at Shop 1 in the Ranjit Sheth Chawl. It’s a very local spot, right near the Loknath Tabela and not far from where they make the Lijjat Pappad. If you’re familiar with this part of Mumbai, you know it’s a tight-knit place where everyone knows everyone. We do infrastructure work, but our office is very humble. It’s a small shop front where we keep our records and meet with people. It can get pretty noisy with the street traffic and the general bustle of the neighborhood, but that’s just Kandivali for you. We don’t have a fancy lobby or air conditioning that works all the time. It’s a practical space for practical work. Most of our time is spent out on the roads or at construction sites, so the shop is just our home base. We keep it simple—just some ledgers, a computer, and enough tea for whoever drops by. People often stop in just to say hello or ask about some local work. We appreciate being part of the Akurli area. It feels like we are right where the action is. There isn’t anything corporate about us; we are just a group of people trying to build things right and keep the business moving. The shop gets a bit dusty being so close to the road, but we don't mind as long as the work keeps coming in.
