Our place is up on the first floor of the Gala Complex in Mulund West. If you’ve ever been to the Gala Industrial Estate, you know it’s a busy spot with a lot going on. We are at unit 120 on Pt. Dindayal Upadhyaya Marg. It’s an industrial area, so there is always the sound of trucks and people moving things around. Our office is just a simple room where we handle property matters. We aren't a big corporation. It’s just a few of us trying to keep everything straight. We spend a lot of time checking documents and making sure everything is legal and correct. Sometimes the stairs are faster than waiting for the lift, especially when it's lunch time and everyone is heading out. We usually grab something to eat from the stalls nearby. The work involves a lot of visiting different sites, so we are often out in the sun. It can be tiring, but that’s just the nature of the business. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and we know the Mulund area quite well. We don't use any fancy software or big marketing tricks. We just talk to people and try to help them with their property needs. It’s a bit of a scramble sometimes, keeping track of all the different listings, but we manage. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
