Vdan Villas Llp

We have been running Vdan Villas Llp out of our office in Goregaon East for a while now. If you know I. B. Patel Road, you know it gets quite busy around here with all the traffic and the small shops nearby. Our place is up in Cello Heights, specifically unit A/1001. It’s a decent building, though the elevators can be a bit slow during the lunch rush when everyone is trying to get food. We spend most of our days here dealing with villa projects and looking over blueprints. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with folders and rolls of site maps, but that’s just how it goes when you’re actually working. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint if we ever found the time, but we’re usually too busy for that. We aren't a huge team with fancy uniforms or anything like that. It is just a few of us trying to make sure things get built properly. Usually, we are either on the phone with contractors or driving out to check on progress at various spots. It’s not always glamorous work, especially when the weather is hot, but we like being part of the local scene here in Goregaon. People often stop by just to ask directions because the road can be a bit confusing if you aren't from around here. We just try to keep things simple and get the job done without too much fuss. It feels like a real community in this part of the city.
