You’ll find us in Kandivali West, at the Dheeraj Presidency building on M G Road. We are in flat F 803. It’s a residential-cum-commercial building, which is pretty common in Mumbai. Being on the eighth floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise of M G Road, but you can still hear the distant honking. We work on import and export tasks here. It’s a small team, just a few people sitting around some desks. We have a lot of files because we like to keep paper copies of everything, just in case. The space is a bit cramped, especially when we have new samples arriving. We don't have a big fancy meeting room. If someone comes to visit, we just pull up an extra chair. Most of the day is spent checking emails and making sure the shipping documents are correct. It can be repetitive, but it’s important. We get a nice breeze through the window sometimes. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now and know the local area well. There are plenty of places nearby to grab a quick snack during the day. We aren't a corporate giant with a thousand rules. We just come in, do our work, and go home. It’s a very practical, everyday kind of operation. Someone is always answering the phone or typing up a new order. It keeps us on our toes.
