Our office is located in the Eastern Business District, right near the Mangatram Petrol Pump in Bhandup West. We’re in unit C 120. Vastuparamtej Realty Limited is what we call ourselves, and we’ve been working in the real estate sector for some time now. Bhandup is a good spot for us because it’s centrally located for most of our projects. The office is pretty functional—we have what we need to get the job done and not much else. We deal with property and land, which means a lot of meetings and even more phone calls throughout the day. It can get pretty loud in here when everyone is on the phone at once trying to close a deal. We don’t go in for fancy marketing talk or polished presentations. We’d rather just show you the property and let you decide for yourself. Building a business in Mumbai real estate is tough, and we’ve had our share of ups and downs over the years. We just keep showing up and doing the work. Most of our clients come to us because they’ve heard we’re straightforward to deal with. We don’t promise things we can’t deliver. It’s a busy life, and we’re often still in the office long after the sun goes down and the traffic outside thins out. We’re just a regular group of people who know the local market and try to do right by our customers every single day.
