Vastukripa Construction Llp is based over in Malad West, tucked away in Bawdi Lane. To find us, you have to head off Marve Road and look for Bawdi Cross Lane. It’s not the easiest spot to find if it’s your first time visiting, but we’ve been at 211, Cts No. 564 for long enough that the local tea stall guy knows exactly where we are. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a practical space where we handle all the construction paperwork and planning. There is usually a bit of dust around because, well, we are in construction. Most of the time, our boots are a bit muddy from being out on-site. We don’t really go in for big presentations or fancy talk. We just focus on the actual building part. Malad has changed a lot since we started, and there is always something being dug up or put back together around here. It keeps us busy, that’s for sure. We handle a lot of the day-to-day headaches that come with building in a crowded city like this. Things like getting materials delivered through these narrow lanes can be a real pain sometimes, but we manage. Sometimes the office printer jams right when we need a contract signed, which can be pretty frustrating. We’ve got a small balcony that we use for storage mostly, and the view is just other buildings, but we like it here. It feels like home after a long day of work.
