You can find Varunisha Homes over in the Rahul Mittal Industrial Estate in Andheri East. We are on the second floor of A-Wing, Building No. 3, specifically in Room 202. It is right on Sir M.V. Road. The industrial estate is a very busy place with lots of small businesses and workshops. It gets quite loud with all the activity around us. Our office is just a regular room where we manage our property business. We deal with a lot of residential and commercial spaces in the Andheri area. It is a prime location but the building itself is quite old and functional. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just come up the stairs and we are there. We spend most of our time on the phone or out visiting sites around the city. Andheri East is always moving, and we have to move with it. We keep our operations simple. There is a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, so our shelves are pretty full. We don't use any marketing tricks to get people through the door. Usually, it is just word of mouth or people from the industrial estate who need help with a space. We just do our work and try to be helpful to anyone who asks. It is a tough but rewarding business to be in every day.
