Vanto Management Consulting Private Limited

Vanto Management Consulting is based in the Dynasty building, which is part of the business park on Andheri Kurla Road. We occupy a few units, from 401 to 413 in the A Wing on the fourth floor. Andheri East is a busy hub, and our spot near Plot No 4 is right in the middle of all that activity. It can be quite a scramble getting to the office in the morning with the traffic and the metro construction nearby. Once you're inside, though, it is just a regular workplace. We handle management consulting, which keeps us pretty busy throughout the year. We are not the type of place with bean bags or a game room. We have desks, chairs, and a lot of coffee. The people working here are just normal folks who know their stuff. We do not try to impress people with big talk or fancy brochures. We just listen to what is needed and try to provide a sensible way forward. Being in a big business park means we see a lot of different companies, but we just focus on our own small corner. Sometimes the lunchroom gets crowded, and we end up talking about local news more than work. It is a very human place to be. We just try to stay efficient and keep things moving for everyone involved. It’s a lot of work, but we find a way to make it through each day.
