Our office is tucked away in Borivali West, right behind the Poisar Bus Depot. If you are familiar with the area, we are in Raghuleela, on the first floor in cabin 38. It is a bit of a maze in here sometimes, but we like the location. V Unicorns Housingv Unicorns Housing & Infra Llp is where we spend the bulk of our week. Being near the bus depot means there is always a lot of noise and people moving around, which actually feels quite nice. It reminds us that we are right in the middle of Mumbai life. We focus on housing and infrastructure, so our desks are usually covered in blueprints or government forms. We aren't a big, fancy firm with a lobby or anything like that. It is just a working space where we sit and talk about construction and how to get things built. Sometimes we grab a quick snack from the vendors nearby when things get busy. We have a mix of younger and older staff, and we all just pitch in where needed. It is a very normal environment. We don't try to sound like something we aren't. We just want to get the projects done and keep the business running smoothly. Borivali is a great place to be based, and we have gotten to know the neighborhood pretty well over the years. We just keep working.
