Our small office for Utsavshree Property Solutions Private Limited is at Shop No-2 in Thakarsi Chawl. We are located in the Pump House area on Jijama Road in Andheri East. It’s a very local atmosphere here, right opposite the Manish Park building. Being in a chawl means we are right in the heart of the community, and there is always something going on outside our door. The shop isn't very large, so we have to be careful about how we use the space. We have our desks set up and a few chairs for visitors, but it gets tight if more than three people come in at once. Jijama Road is a busy stretch, and we see people going to work and school all day long. We spend a lot of time walking around the neighborhood to look at different sites or meet with owners. It’s a practical way to work because we are right where the action is. The office is simple, with just the basic things we need to function. We don't spend money on expensive decor because it wouldn't fit the vibe of the Pump House area anyway. Most of the people who come to see us are from the nearby buildings. We have a routine of opening up early and staying until the evening rush starts to die down. It’s honest work and we like being part of the local scene every day.
