UNWAL CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is in Goregaon East, inside the Jaibharat Industrial Estate. We are in Gala 40, which is part of the Prem CHS building. It’s right across from Virwani Industrial, so there’s always a lot of trucks and workers moving around this area. Unwal Construction has been based here for a good while. The space is practical, mostly filled with blueprints and some samples of building materials we use. It’s an industrial area, so it’s not exactly quiet or pretty, but it’s the right place for a construction business to be. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different sites across Mumbai. The traffic in Goregaon can be a nightmare, so we try to get an early start every morning. Most of the guys here have been in the construction game for a long time. We don't really go for anything fancy; we just want to make sure the walls are straight and the roofs don't leak. There’s a lot of paperwork involved with the city, and we handle that from this small office. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving. We aren't here to impress anyone with a shiny lobby. We are just here to do the work, keep the accounts in order, and make sure the next project is ready to go. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes and we’ve gotten used to the pace. Every day brings a new set of problems to solve.
