Udaan Infra Buildcon Private Limited is tucked away in Dahisar East, Mumbai. Our office is at Shop No. B/19 in Madhuban CHS Ltd. We are right near the MTNL building in the Tare Compound area of Ketkipada. Dahisar is a busy residential spot, so there is always a lot of movement around our shop. We work on infrastructure and building projects. Most of our days are spent coordinating with different crews and making sure the supplies like cement and gravel get to where they need to be. It is a bit of a squeeze in the office sometimes with all the files and maps lying around, but we make it work. Being in a cooperative housing society like Madhuban means we are part of the local community. We aren't a big, cold corporation. We are just some folks who know how to handle construction work and infrastructure needs in this part of Mumbai. The commute to the sites can be a pain because of the traffic, but that’s just how it is in Dahisar. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have and try to get them done without too many delays. Sometimes things go wrong, a pipe leaks or a delivery is late, and we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a practical, local business that has been around for a bit.
