Tvq Impex Llp is a small operation we run out of Kalptaru Plaza on R R Road. If you are looking for us, we are in flat 402 of the BL building. It’s actually care of Shri Dileep Ramchandra Naik at 1086 E. The place is pretty easy to find if you know the area. We’ve been working from here for some time now. It’s a practical space. We don't have a lobby or a receptionist greeting people at the door. Usually, you’ll just find one of us buried in a computer screen or talking loudly on the mobile. We handle a lot of import and export stuff, which means a lot of forms and tracking numbers to keep track of. It can be a real headache sometimes, but we’ve gotten the hang of it over the years. The building itself is busy with other businesses, so there is always some movement in the hallways and the lift is often full. We like being on the fourth floor because it’s a bit quieter than the street level. Our daily routine is mostly about following up on orders and making sure nothing gets stuck at the port or in transit. It’s honest work. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. We just make sure the goods get from point A to point B without too many problems. It’s just a few of us here, and we prefer it that way. We keep things simple and try to do our best with what we have.
