Tusshar Infra Developers Private Limited

Our office is over in Juhu at Presidency CHS on NS Road Number 7. Juhu is always busy, but our street is tucked away a little bit. We are Tusshar Infra Developers Private Limited. We’ve been working out of this building for a good while. We mostly deal with infrastructure development and building projects around Mumbai. It’s a small office, nothing too fancy. We have a few desks and a lot of papers scattered around. Most of the time, we are out on site or meeting with people about new projects. The office is our main hub for all the planning. We don't do big advertisements or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who know us or word of mouth. We handle everything from the initial land stuff to the final building stages. It’s a lot of work and sometimes it gets stressful, especially with the Mumbai traffic and the weather. But we enjoy what we do here. We’ve got a small team. We know the Juhu area inside out. Sometimes we walk down to the beach after work to clear our heads. We just try to do a good job on every project we take on. It’s a simple business model based on doing the work properly. We are just regular people trying to build things in this city. It’s been our home for a long time. We stay focused on the tasks we have every day.
