We are located in the C-Wing of One BKC, up on the sixth floor. Bandra Kurla Complex is a pretty busy spot in Mumbai. It’s quite a change from where we used to be. We spend our days looking at development plans and talking to different partners. It’s a lot of desk work mixed with meetings. We deal with the typical things a developer handles in Mumbai City. It’s usually quiet because everyone is focused on their screens or out at a site. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or seeing our name on a project board. It’s a professional environment but we keep things pretty straightforward. We aren't big on fancy speeches. We just get the permits in order and manage the construction timelines. Sometimes the traffic in BKC makes getting to work a bit of a challenge, but once we are here, there is plenty to do. It’s a fast-paced place to be working.
