TRYOTECH CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We’re over in Andheri West, specifically in Varsova. The office is Flat No. 201 on the second floor of Kathin House, which is tucked away in Dongry Gally. It’s a narrow little lane, typical for this part of Mumbai. Tryotech Constructions has been here for a while. The building is old and has a lot of character, though the stairs can be a bit steep when you're carrying heavy files. We like being in Varsova; it has a different vibe than the rest of the city. Our office is just a regular flat we converted. It’s got a kitchen where we make tea and a couple of rooms for the desks. It gets a bit hot during the summer, but we have some old AC units that mostly work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people at the sites. We aren't a corporate giant, just a small crew trying to build things right. Sometimes the internet goes out or the rain leaks through a window, but we just deal with it. It’s a real place with real people working hard. There’s no fancy lobby or receptionist to greet you, just whoever happens to be near the door. We stay busy with various construction projects around the neighborhood and beyond. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us going every day.
