Triple One Estates Private Limited

Triple One Estates Private Limited is located right behind the Sai Temple on Tata Power House Road. We are based out of Bhosale Niwas in Borivali East. It is a pretty familiar spot for anyone who lives in this part of Mumbai. You can often hear the temple bells from our office, which is a nice background noise during the day. We mostly handle estate matters and real estate work from our desks here. The road outside can get a bit congested with the traffic going towards the power house, but we are used to it by now. It is a regular office, nothing too polished or corporate. We have some chairs for people to sit and chat about their property needs. We don’t really use big words or fancy presentations; we just talk through things plainly. The office usually feels a bit lived-in because we spend so much time here. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage. We are just a local bunch of people who know Borivali East quite well. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at property records. We’ve been at this location for a while and the neighbors all know us. It’s just a practical, everyday sort of place where we get our work done.
