Tri Vaishnavi Construction Privatelimited operates out of Nahur. We are based in the Sai Krupa Chawl, which is part of Indira Sahkar Nagar No 3. It’s a very local, down-to-earth kind of place. We don’t have a big glass office or a suite in a skyscraper. Instead, we work right from the heart of the community. This setup keeps us close to the ground and helps us understand the local building needs. We are a private limited company, but we run things more like a family business. There’s usually a lot going on at once, with people coming in to talk about jobs or checking on project status. Being in Nahur means we can get to our jobs pretty easily around the city. The chawl can be a busy place, but it’s where we feel most comfortable. We handle all sorts of construction tasks, and most of our days are spent on-site or making sure the supplies are arriving on time. It isn't always easy, and sometimes we run into delays or issues with the weather, but we just keep pushing through. We don't bother with fancy mission statements or corporate slogans. We just focus on the physical work of building and making sure the jobs are done properly. We’ve been in Indira Sahkar Nagar for a while and the people here know us. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep working and taking things as they come.
