Transquare Realty Private Limited

Transquare Realty is located on the 10th floor of the 215 Atrium building. That’s right on the Andheri Kurla Road in Andheri East. Being on the 10th floor gives us a bit of a view of the chaos below on the road, which is always packed with cars and people. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, and our office reflects that. We are a private limited company, but we don't act like a big stiff corporation. We have a lot of people coming in and out to talk about property and realty. The office is usually buzzing with conversations and the sound of keyboards. We spend our time looking at market trends and helping people figure out where they want to move. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of listening. We don’t have a script for how we talk to people; we just have regular conversations. Some days the elevators are slow and the lobby is crowded, but that’s just life in a big Mumbai commercial building. We try to make the process of buying or selling a little less stressful for the people who come to see us. It’s a lot of work, and the hours can be long, but we enjoy being right in the middle of everything. We are just a group of people who know the realty business and want to handle it correctly without any of the usual sales talk or extra fluff.
