Transcon Dev JV Private Limited is located over at the Jalaram Business Centre, specifically in room 307. We are right on Ganjawala Lane, which is close to Chamunda Circle in Borivali West. It is a busy part of the suburb, and there is always plenty of activity around the circle. Our office isn't huge, but it fits our team just fine for the work we do. We mostly focus on coordinating things from behind our desks. There is a lot of back and forth with different people, and the phones ring quite a bit throughout the day. We don't go in for fancy decorations or anything like that. The walls are mostly covered with calendars and notes we’ve scribbled to remember deadlines. It feels like a real working space, not a showroom. Ganjawala Lane has its own rhythm, and we are just a part of that. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. We keep the paperwork moving and try to stay on top of the schedule. If you come by, you’ll probably see us buried in plans or talking through a problem in the middle of the room. It’s a practical setup for people who just want to get things done without a lot of fuss. Borivali is a good place to be based, even with the crowds and the constant noise from the street outside our window.
