Transcon Bellaria Llp is over in Andheri West. We are in the Waterford Building, specifically in office 302, C Wing. A good landmark is Navnit Motors, because we are right above them on C D Barfiwala Lane. If you know Mumbai, you know Andheri is one of the busiest places you can be. There is always something happening on the streets outside. Our office is a small, functional space where we manage our real estate developments. It's not one of those big, flashy corporate offices you see in movies. It’s just where we sit, answer phones, and look over project plans. We are a small team and we like to keep things simple. We don't use marketing jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We just work on our buildings and try to make sure everything is done correctly. C D Barfiwala Lane is always packed with cars, so we usually have to leave early to get to work on time. We've been operating in Mumbai City for quite a while and we understand how the market here works. Transcon Bellaria Llp is our daily life. We put a lot of hours into making sure our projects stay on track. Sometimes things don't go perfectly, but we just deal with the issues as they come up. We're just a bunch of people working in Andheri, trying to do our jobs well and stay busy with our projects. It is a long day but we enjoy it.
