Toshvi Infra Private Limited

Toshvi Infra Private Limited is basically just a small team of us working out of an office in Powai. Specifically, we are at 402 in the Srishti B/C Co-Op Housing Society. If you know Saki Vihar Road, you know it gets incredibly crowded with trucks and cars all day long. Sometimes the noise from the street makes it hard to hear each other, but we are used to it by now. We spend most of our mornings going over site reports and checking on materials. It is not a fancy corporate setup or anything like that. We have some desks, a few old computers, and lots of rolled-up blueprints tucked into the corners. Being in Mumbai City-400072 means we are right in the middle of everything. It makes getting to different project sites a bit easier, though the traffic still wins most of the time. We started this because we knew the local area well and wanted to handle infrastructure work around here. There is always something needing repair or a new foundation being dug somewhere nearby. We just show up, do the work that is scheduled for the day, and try to keep things organized. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls to vendors. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It is just us answering the phones and making sure the sites have what they need to keep moving forward.
