You can find us in Bandra East, specifically in the One BKC building. We are up on the 16th floor in wings B and C, rooms 1611 and 1612. It’s a big building right in G Block, across from the Bank of Baroda. Even though it’s a fancy address in BKC, we are just regular folks working on development projects. Bandra is a busy hub, and being here helps us stay close to the heart of the city's business. We spend our time managing construction and looking at property deals. The view from the office is nice, but we are usually too busy with paperwork to look out the window. We aren't into using big marketing words. We just talk about the projects as they are. Developing land in Mumbai is a bit of a headache with all the rules, but we’ve learned how to navigate it over the years. Our team is small enough that we all know what's going on with every project. We don't have a corporate handbook. We just use common sense and hard work. Sometimes things go wrong, but we just fix them and move on. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we try to keep a level head. We focus on getting the buildings done and making sure everything is legitimate. That’s about all there is to it. We just show up and do what needs doing to keep the business going forward every single day.
