THREE SIXTY DEGREE BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Goregaon East in Mumbai. Our office is B-404 in the Radhika CHS Ltd building, which is part of the B-55 block. We are right on General A. K. Vaidya Marg, which is a major road in Gokuldham. If you know the Goregaon area, you know that the traffic on Vaidya Marg can be pretty intense at all hours of the day. Our office is a typical Mumbai apartment-style setup where we manage all our buildtech projects. It is a bit crowded because we have to store a lot of project documents and some equipment. We spend our days coordinating with various sites across the city. Being in Goregaon East is convenient for us because it's a central spot to get to different parts of the suburbs. The building itself is an older society, and our office has that lived-in feel. There is usually someone on the phone arguing about a delivery or checking the progress of a floor installation. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just ring the bell and come into the workspace. It’s a lot of hard work keeping track of all the different angles of a construction project, which I guess is where the name comes from. We just focus on the daily grind and try to keep our clients updated on what is happening with their buildings. It's a busy, noisy, and productive environment.
