Our office is up on the ninth floor, room 901, in the Siddha Darshan building. We are located on Hingwala Lane in Ghatkopar East. If you know Mumbai, you know Ghatkopar is always humming with activity. Thoroughbred Realty Llp has been operating from this building for a while now. The view from the ninth floor is okay, mostly just other buildings and the busy streets below. It’s a typical Mumbai office space—small but functional for our needs. We don't have a big reception area or fancy art on the walls. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of files stacked up. The lift in the building can be slow during the lunch hour, so we usually just plan our meetings around it. Hingwala Lane is a busy stretch, and there’s always something going on outside. We spend our days tracking the local real estate market and talking to people who are looking for a place to stay or invest. It’s not a complicated business, but it requires a lot of patience and phone calls. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with corporate talk. We just know the Ghatkopar area inside and out. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we’re used to the pace of the city by now. That is just how life goes in Mumbai.
