Thesai Exporters is run out of a small space in the PMGP Colony in Mankhurd West. It’s basically Manoj Ramnarayan Gupta’s place, and we’ve been operating from here for a while. We aren't one of those big fancy export firms with a glass building in the city center. We are just a local operation doing our best to move goods where they need to go. Mankhurd is a busy area, and being right here in the colony means we are close to the action. We handle the paperwork, talk to the suppliers, and make sure the shipments are moving. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking lists. We don't have a marketing department or a slick website. We just rely on doing a decent job so people come back to us. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the orders coming in, but we manage to keep things straight. We deal with all kinds of stuff for export, mostly focusing on what our customers need at the moment. It’s practical, everyday work. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just show up, do the logistics, and go home. It’s a family-style business atmosphere where everyone knows everyone. We’ve built this up step by step, and we’re just happy to keep the wheels turning here in Mumbai for the long haul. We just keep working hard at it and get the exports out on time.
