You can find us at Shop No. 09 on the ground floor of Building 122. It is in Bhakti Heights, right in Tilak Nagar, Chembur. It is a nice area with a lot of families and old trees. Thakkar Infraestate is basically just a small office where we manage property things. The ground floor is convenient because people can just step in off the street without taking an elevator. We have been working out of Chembur for a good while. Tilak Nagar has its own rhythm and we like being right in the middle of it. Our space is filled with maps and a few computers. It gets a bit crowded when more than three people visit at once, but we make it work. We handle various real estate needs for folks around here. It is mostly about knowing who is moving and what is being built. We don't bother with fancy presentations or slick talk. We just tell people what we know about the buildings around Bhakti Heights. Sometimes the rain makes it a bit messy outside our door, but that is just Mumbai for you. We keep the place clean and focus on the paperwork. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting people who live nearby. It is a steady life and we enjoy the local atmosphere. It feels good to help neighbors find a place.
