If you are in Kandivali West, you will find us at Shop Number 1 in the Rainbow Building. We are right on Shantilal Modi Road, very close to Mayur Cinema. It is a busy corner, and there are always a lot of people walking by or traffic heading toward the station. Since we are on the ground floor, it is easy for people to just walk in and talk to us about homes and property. The shop isn’t very big, so we have to stay organized with all our files and brochures. We have been in this spot for quite some time, and we know the neighborhood like the back of our hand. It gets a bit noisy with the cinema crowds nearby, but we like the energy of the place. We spend a lot of time explaining things to people who come in looking for a new place to live. There is no big sales pitch here; we just show what is available and talk about the prices. Our staff is local, so we usually know what is going on with the buildings nearby before anyone else does. It is a straightforward way of working. We keep the doors open, keep the tea ready, and handle the day’s work as it comes. It is just us in a small shop trying to help people find a home they like. It’s simple work but we like it.
