Tenanto Private Limited

Our office is tucked away in Kandivali, over at the Shivganga Sra building. We are in room 707 of Wing-C. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working, but that doesn't happen too often. Tenanto Private Limited is just a few of us handling rental stuff and looking after tenant needs in the area. Being in a rehab building like this means there is always a lot of activity around Babrekar Nagar. We hear the kids playing outside and the constant drone of traffic from the Link Road just off in the distance. Our space isn't very big, and we have a lot of folders stacked up on the tables. We spend most of our hours talking to people who are moving in or out. It’s a lot of small details to keep track of. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation; we just know the neighborhood and the people here. Sometimes the office gets a bit warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fan on high. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now and we like being part of the local community. It’s a lot of work making sure all the paperwork is right, but we just take it one day at a time. We don't have any big secrets or special tricks. We just show up, open the office, and see what needs to be done. It’s a simple way to run things, but it works for us here in Kandivali. We know the streets around Babrekar Ngr like the back of our hands and that helps a lot.
