Taron Ki Chhaya Foundation

You can find us over at Suman Nagar. We are based out of Kh No 403, Plot No 92, and we are currently with Mrs. Manjoo Goyal. It’s a modest setup, mostly just a room where we keep our files and meet up to talk. Taron Ki Chhaya Foundation is something we started because we felt like there were gaps in the community that needed filling. We’re in the Green Vally area, which is a nice place to be. It’s not a corporate office at all. It feels more like a neighbor’s house, which is exactly what it is. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy reports. We just write down what we do in our notebooks. Some days are slow, and we just sit and drink tea while we plan for the next week. Other days, we are out and about in the neighborhood. We try to be helpful without making a big deal of it. It’s just us, a few local people who care about Suman Nagar. We don't use a lot of complicated words when we talk to people. We just ask what’s needed and see if we can find a way to get it done. It’s honest, simple work. Being in Green Vally gives us a good chance to stay connected to everyone. We like the personal touch of working out of a home. It keeps us grounded and focused on the real people around us.
