TANISHKA VEERAJ HOTELS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is in Shop Number 4 at the Empress CHS on Yari Road. We are situated in Andheri West, right near the Bander Masjid. It is a busy little corner of the city with plenty of shops and people moving about. We run our hotel business from this small shop. It is not a big corporate office with a view. It is just a practical space where we can sit down and get our work done. Most of our time is spent on the computer managing our bookings and talking to our staff at the different locations. Yari Road has a very specific feel to it, and we are glad to be a part of this neighborhood. We do not have any fancy marketing materials or a dedicated sales team. It is just a few of us trying to make sure our guests are looked after. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded with supplies and files, but we make do with the space we have. We focus on the everyday details of hospitality, like making sure the linens are fresh and the staff shows up on time. We do not use a lot of big words to talk about what we do. We just try to be honest and do a good job for the people who choose to stay with us. Mumbai is a tough place to run a business, and we have our fair share of bad days when things do not go as planned. But we just show up the next morning and try again.
