Takshvi Realty LLP is based in unit 602 of Rachna CHSL. Our building is on Meurine Street, which is just off M.G. Road in Kandivali West. The property sits on CTS No. 1031 and 1031/1. Being on the sixth floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the street below. Kandivali West is a very active area, and M.G. Road is usually buzzing with people and cars. We have a straightforward office setup here where we handle our daily business. It’s a standard cooperative housing society building, so it feels very much like a part of the local community. We don't have any flashy lobby or a big team of receptionists. Usually, it's just us at our desks getting through the paperwork. The 400067 area is a place we know well. We chose this spot because it's easy for us to get to and it’s right in the middle of everything in Kandivali. The office is clean and simple, with enough space for our files and a few chairs for visitors. We spend a lot of our time here planning and staying on top of our tasks. It is a practical, no-nonsense workspace. Meurine Street is a bit quieter than the main road, which we appreciate. We have been working from this location for some time now and it suits our needs perfectly. There are plenty of shops nearby which makes it a convenient place to be throughout the day.
