Our office is situated in Vile Parle, right on Nehru Road. We are in room 101, across from the P N Gadgil showroom, which is a big landmark around here. Nehru Road is always packed with traffic and people shopping, so there is never a dull moment outside our window. Being in Vile Parle means we are in a very central part of the city. We work as realtors, dealing with all the usual property stuff that comes up in Mumbai. The building is part of the TPS II area, and it has that old-school Mumbai feel to it. Our space is simple and functional. We have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of papers that we try to keep in order. It isn’t a polished corporate environment. It’s a place where we sit down and get things sorted. We spend a lot of time walking around the neighborhood or driving to different sites. The 400057 area is quite lively, and we like being in the middle of it. We don't have any big slogans or fancy promises. We just handle the real estate tasks as they come in. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud because of the street noise, but we don't mind. We've been here for a while and know the local market pretty well. It’s just a small group of us working hard every day to keep things on track. We like the pace of this area.
