If you are ever on LBS Marg in Ghatkopar, you might see the Gold Crest building. We are on the fifth floor there, in the A Wing, Office 514. It’s right across from Shreyas Cinema, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. Ghatkopar is a hectic place to work, especially with the traffic on LBS Marg, but it’s central for us. T5 Infra is a small operation. We spend our time managing different infrastructure projects around the suburban areas. It’s a lot of coordinating between different teams and making sure the supplies get where they need to go. Our office is a busy spot. There is always someone coming in or going out to a site. We keep things pretty informal here. There’s no dress code or corporate jargon being thrown around. We just speak plain English and get to the point. The work can be stressful when things don't go according to plan, which happens more often than we’d like in construction. But we just deal with it and move on to the next task. We’ve been in this building for some time and have gotten to know the other businesses on our floor. It’s a good environment for getting things done without too many distractions, despite the constant noise from the main road outside. We just keep our heads down and work. It's not fancy but it's ours.
