Synergic Cultures (Opc) Private Limited

We are located at B/2 Adarsh Apartment on Sahar Road in the Chakala area of Andheri East. Being near the P And T Colony means there is always people moving about and plenty of activity. Synergic Cultures is a small operation, mostly focused on how people work together and the environment they do it in. As an OPC, I run most of it myself with some help when things get really busy. The office is in a regular apartment building, so it feels more like a home than a sterile workplace. I’ve got my books and some plants around to make it comfortable. Most of my day is spent on calls or preparing materials for the sessions I run. Andheri is a hectic part of Mumbai, so having this little space to work from is quite nice. I don’t use a lot of corporate jargon or try to sound more important than I am. I just look at how things are being done and suggest ways to maybe do them a bit differently. Sometimes clients come over here, and we sit around the kitchen table to talk because it’s more relaxed that way. The traffic on Sahar Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, but that’s just part of living and working in this city. It’s a modest setup but it’s exactly what I need to do this kind of work. I just take things one day at a time and try to keep my desk from becoming a total mess of papers and coffee stains.
